Let Me Introduce Myself
I am a trained pastry chef with 13 years of experience in restaurants, with 7 years baking and decorating cakes. My recipes come from my family’s time in Charleston, SC; Pensacola, FL and sunny California. I have also competed in Cake Design on the National Level. Recently, I seem to have been crowned the Couture Cupcake Queen of Minot.
My family is currently stationed in Minot, ND. We will be here for about four years. I specialize in cakes as small as a tiny 4 inch round cake for 4 people to a five tier wedding cake for hundreds. I believe in quality first, I will never serve a cake I wouldn’t serve to family.
I have decided it is time to focus on all food not just cupcakes. Perfecting basic techniques and having fun creating new delicious creations. Get your cutting board ready…It’s time to get messy!
