Chocolate Ginger Cupcakes

1 box of Duncan Hines Dark Chocolate Fudge Cake Mix

3 whole eggs

1 1/4 cup water

1/2 cup vegetable oil

1/2 teaspoon chopped crystalized ginger

-Blend the eggs until they foam. 

-Add in the water and oil. Then fold in the ginger.

-Bake at 350 for 21 mins. or until toothpick comes out clean.

Dark Chocolate Buttercream

1 stick of unflavored crisco

1 stick of unsalted butter

2 lbs of powdered sugar

6 tablespoons of milk

1/4 cup-1/2 cup Hershey cocoa powder(depends how dark you would like it)

-Blend all ingredients until combined on low, then on high until smooth and creamy.
