Coconut Rum Goodness

Coconut Rum Buttercream

1 stick of unflavored Crisco

1 stick of unsalted butter, softened

2 lbs of powdered sugar

2 Tablespoons milk

1 Tablespoon coconut extract

1 Tablespoon Rum Extract or Bacardi Dark Spiced Rum

-Blend Crisco, butter, powdered sugar and milk together on low until combined then add the extracts and whip on high until smooth and creamy. Taste this one! Coconut extract can be beautiful and delicate or dreadful. The difference is as small as a drop! Enjoy!
