Peppermint Mocha Cupcakes

I crushed candy canes and folded them into a chocolate espresso cupcake batter. Added a few splashes of peppermint schnapps. Then made the buttercream with a tablespoon of peppermint schnapps in place of extracts. Top with sparkly sprinkles and push a mini candy cane in the center.
